Mohamed Abdel Razek is a professional life coach and member of the International coaching federation.

He provides life coaching in the area of relocation and relationship, helping individuals and teams coping with the changes that occur in their lives due to moving to a new environment, and getting out of their comfort zone.

Thru coaching the culture shock and managing cultural differences become achievable, leading to their success on the personal and professional level.  

He also help in managing relationships and resolving conflicts.

When couples from different cultures come together, they face great challenges in managing their cultural differences, and resolve conflicts that may arise, a matter that can be carried out throughout the relationship when not dealt with in a professional way through coaching.

Hi expertise is backed up with numerous years providing cross-cultural coaching covering issues such as cross-cultural awareness, cultural intelligence, and managing relocation and cultural differences issues.

He also provided Soft-skills training covering business topics such as effective presentation, conducting effective meetings and tackling problems, win-win negotiations, conflict management. etc ,that helped individuals and teams in developing themselves on the personal and professional level.

Among the major organizations he provided training to were : Deutsche Telekom in Germany, the Royal Danish Embassy, the Swedish Embassy, the Regional Information Technology Institute (RITI), The Arab-German chamber of commerce, and their respective clients in Egypt.

He is currently the Subject Matter Expert, and coach for Reputable American / European firms Such as Dwellworks and learnlight, who relocates expatriates and their families to major foreign companies operating in Egypt.

In the past till the year 2000, he worked for several years in corporate business, with Americans and Europeans in Egypt, the Middle East and Europe such as Amoco Egypt Company, Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company in Egypt, Al Futtaim Group of Companies in Dubai, and Amoco UK Exploration in London / UK.

He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. Furthered his Management studies in the U S, with the American Management Association, and the University of North Texas. Subsequently he gained further expertise in the areas of corporate diversity, cross-culture awareness, and organizational and cultural Anthropology.

The above was toped up by being certified as a life coach, and joining the International Coaching Federation.

He is fluent in Arabic (native) and English, and has good knowledge of the German and French languages.
