Effectively Interacting and Working with Western Europeans

November 3, 2007

For those who are planning partnership with the Western Europeans, or already working with them, it is very important to recognize their intercultural differences. In support of this important awareness, as inspired by the researches of well-renowned intercultural Anthropologists and supported by practical experience, I designed a training seminar to enable the participants to recognize the notable differences, between the Egyptians and Western Europeans’cultural values ( English, Germans, Scandinavians). For the same purpose I also designed other two training seminars, one with a focus on the Danish business culture, and the other with a focus on the German business culture.

If understood and applied properly, this insight information should lead to a successful communication, better understanding and handling of the Western Europeans and their business culture.

Target Group

-Individuals either having business interest, or intending to live and work in Western European countries.

-Egyptians and their family members who will be or are working with Western Europeans joint–ventures, or multinational firms and /or organizations and Embassies.

-Also individuals interested in understanding Western European’ culture, and or managing cross-cultural differences.

Pre- requisite

Good understanding, reading and speaking of the English language, since the seminar is conducted in English, the language of international business.

 Goal

The participants will have a better general understanding of the Western Europeans’ culture. At the end of the seminar, they will be able to deal with, and manage the cross-cultural differences, with emphasis on the Danish business aspects in terms of Do(s) and Don’t(s).
